PROJECT: BRIGHTON MARINA
CLIENT: OUTER HARBOUR DEVELOPMENT
BLB were appointed by Outer Harbour Development to undertake Cost Management & Quantity Surveying duties for the redevelopment of Brighton Marina.
The new building comprised of 200 residential units, 7 commercial units & 300 car parking spaces, housed in a three storey car park below sea level.
The project involved the reclaiming of land upon which the building was to be constructed, through sheet piling & large reinforced concrete blockwork to secure a base for the podium deck.
