CDM Coordination

BLB Surveyors provides a comprehensive CDM Co-ordinator service to our clients in both public and private sectors. The practice is CHAS accredited to the highest level of Designer.

The CDM Co-ordinator is appointed by the client to protect his position and to ensure that the design of a building meets all CDM obligations. Our advisors are qualified and experienced in this specialist area and will direct the professional team and the principal contractor throughout the construction process to ensure full compliance with the Health and Safety Executive´s requirements.

At the completion of a project our CDM Co-ordinators will work with the principal contractor and any other contributors to deliver the Building File and all O&M Manuals, guarantees and record information.
