Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced & proactive Quantity Surveyor to undertake a broad and diverse spectrum of Cost Management for construction projects. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Feasibility Studies & Client Advice

  • Cash Flow/Cost Analysis

  • Contract Administration

  • Employers' Agent

  • Bills of Quantities/Quantified Schedules of Work

  • Preparation of Contract Documentation

  • Cost Reporting

  • Valuations, Instructions & Variations

  • Point of contact for both Clients & the Design Team

  • Elements of Project Management & Client support

Key Skills

  • Organised with an eye for detail & strong understanding of the built environment

  • Cognisance of current industry regulations, including Health & Safety

  • Aptitude for numeracy & data analysis

  • Confidence in negotiations & problem solving

  • Full driving licence

  • Project & time management & interpersonal communication skills

  • IT skills, especially MS Excel

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week based in our Brighton office

Start: Immediately

Chartered Building Surveyor

We are seeking an RICS Qualified Building Surveyor to undertake a comprehensive range of building surveying duties. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Feasibility Studies &Client Advice

  • Surveying & Condition Reports

  • Dilapidations

  • Party Wall Awards

  • Contract Administration

  • Preparation of Contract Documentation

  • Point of contact for both Clients & the Design Team

  • Elements of Project Management and Client support

  • Graduate & Trainee APC support

Key Skills

  • Organised with an eye for detail & strong understanding of the built environment

  • Cognisance of current industry regulations, including Health & Safety

  • Full driving licence

  • Project & time management & interpersonal communication skills

  • IT skills; industry-specific software such as CAD would be a bonus!

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week based in our Brighton office

Start: Immediately
