Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified, experienced and proactive RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor to undertake a broad and diverse spectrum of Cost Management for construction projects. Duties include but are not limited to:

​

• Feasibility Studies and Client Advice

• Cash Flow/Cost Analysis

• Contract Administration

• Employers' Agent

• Bills of Quantities/Quantified Schedules of Work

• Preparation of contract documents

• Cost Reporting

• Valuations, Instructions and Variations

• Point of contact for both Clients and the Design Team

• Elements of Project Management and Client support

We are looking for someone ready for the next challenge in their career; this role will report directly to the Managing Director, supporting him in all aspects of the Quantity Surveying services of the company.

​

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: DOE + benefits

Start: Immediately
