BLB Surveyors is a multi-disciplinary practice, regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), first founded in 1904. We ensure our standards are maintained through our continued accreditations of BS ISO 9001, BS ISO 14001, Constructionline and CHAS.

Our MEP services department provides mechanical electrical and public health design and installation management services for multiple clients including Local Authority, Private and Public Sectors. The in-house MEP team also supports the surveying elements of the practice in multi-disciplinary construction solutions. 

 

We specialise in full scale designs alongside BIM modelling across a variety of project sizes and scopes, including assessing optimal energy performance solutions and value engineering to ensure a valuable, cost-effective, energy efficient and future-proof provision to all clients.
