BLB were appointed by Carrwood to undertake Cost Management, Principal Designer & Employer’s Agent duties for the demolition of existing derelict buildings, removal of all underground tanks & redundant services, & the construction of nine new residences using integrated timber frame construction.

The homes were fully fitted internally to a high specification, with new foul & surface water drainage installed alongside full landscaping design & energy efficiency considerations such as photovoltaic panels & green roofing.
