BLB were appointed by Brighton & Hove City Council to undertake Project Management, Cost Management & Employer’s Agent for the demolition & redevelopment of Brooke Mead, a six storey, 45-flat extra care facility with communal spaces, café & on-site carer facilities, alongside extensive landscaping & a green roof. 

In line with Brighton & Hove City Council’s ongoing environmental action plan, the works included installation of roof-mounted solar heating panels and photovoltaic panels.
