History

Chris achieved his RICS qualification in Quantity Surveying in 1984, having recently joined BLB Surveyors as a graduate. Since then, he has extended his expertise into that of Project Management and Expert Witness fields, and now has over 40 years’ experience in the industry, overseeing all aspects of Cost Management.

As Managing Director of BLB, Chris has developed the firm into a multi-disciplinary practice which supports the entire construction process, whilst also operating as an RICS Training Practice, offering support and guidance to trainees and graduates as they begin their career.

Chris is the current Chairman of the RICS Sussex branch, and author of the iSurv section on Final Accounts.
