Mike Rolfe has over 30 years' experience within the construction industry & is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as a Member of the Association of Project Managers. Mike has extensive experience in all aspects of quantity surveying and cost consultancy, as well as project management & contract administration.
