BLB were appointed by Horn + Horne to provide a comprehensive range of professional services including Employers Agent, Principal Designer, Project Management & Contract Administration to deliver this new build & conversion project in Hither Green, London.

The works comprised of demolition of an existing temporary structure & alterations of a locally listed school house, to create five new apartments & four new townhouses, alongside new bin & bike stores, gardens & communal space.
