BLB undertook the removal of an inefficient first floor boiler to the care home, alongside replacement services with a modern high efficiency condensing plant and associated controls and pipework, including a new gas main. 

This project required careful orchestration given the premises were home to vulnerable persons who required year-round heating and hot water services with the use of a temporary plant, located externally.
