BLB were appointed by Lewes District Council to undertake Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Space Planning & Principal Designer duties for the phased refurbishment works at Lewes Town Hall, a Grade II Listed Building of significant historical value.
Phases included sympathetic window replacement & workspace remodelling under the Agile Working initiative, alongside new slate roof coverings, repointing & reconsolidation of chimney stacks, extensive decorative repairs, new hardwood stollage & gilding to cast iron features.
