BLB were appointed by SDR Group to provide Principal Designer duties & Contract Administration for the refurbishment of these residential units, tailored for persons with learning difficulties, to supplement the neighbouring property already operating in such a capacity.  

The works included rear extension & external façade repairs, alongside internal redecoration.
