PHIL WILLOUGHBY

History

Phil graduated from London South Bank University in 2005 as a Quantity Surveyor and has since developed his skillset through an impressive career spanning professional practice, main contracting, specialist subcontracting and development, enabling him to provide high quality, experienced professional services to clients.

Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, Phil is conversant with both contractor and consultant environments, equipping him with sound commercial acumen and strategic project management.

Phil first joined BLB in 2003 as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, and BLB was delighted to welcome him back in 2021 as Construction Director.
