Project Information

Following the successful completion of the refurbishment of Phoenix Block B of the University of Brighton's student accommodation during the summer break, BLB have been appointed as Project Managers for the refurbishment of the neighbouring Block D.

Once again the works comprise of re-carpeting, decorations, new kitchen fittings and electrical installations. Ensuite facilities are also being upgraded. Block D comprises of 6 flats, each with 8 student bedrooms and a kitchen/dining area. Works are to be completed within a four-week period, under a fast-track programme within the summer break.
