BLB were appointed to undertake full MEP services design to this extensive new build in the centre of Hove, including but not limited to 35 apartments, 10 townhouses, a central synagogue, nursery, café and social spaces.

 

This includes ground source heat pump, district heat networks, solar photovoltaic panels and full heat reclamation ventilation throughout.
