BLB were appointed by Ridgeview to undertake Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent & Principal Designer duties to this two-stage Design & Build process, with the works comprising of new cellar storage with cold store, production facilities & office space, plus full warehouse construction with bottling & labelling plant & goods management offices. 

The existing site required excavation, with the installation of steel frames & profiled sheet cladding, alongside a new 18,000sq ft winery, roads & pavings as well as underground drainage.
