BLB were appointed by Horn + Horne to provide a comprehensive range of professional services such as Employers Agent, Principal Designer, Project Management & Contract Administration to deliver this new build project in Putney, London.

The works comprised of demolition of several existing structures & the new build of seven apartments & one townhouse using integrated timber frame construction, alongside new bin & bike stores, gardens & communal space.

The homes were fully fitted internally to a high specification, with full
landscaping design & energy efficiency considerations.
