BLB Engineers can provide a complete structural design service for any project. We use design software to produce structural calculations and detailed CAD drawings for all standard building materials such as masonry, timber, reinforced concrete and steelwork.

We have also been involved in building structures from less common materials and components such as recycled shipping containers and Insulated Concrete Formwork, and we are particularly keen to be involved in sustainable construction methods where economically viable.

We are able to assist with small domestic projects such as internal structural alterations, extensions and loft conversions, as well as larger projects such as housing estates or mixed developments, framed buildings or office blocks.

We are pleased to work with Clients directly, with other Construction Professionals such as Architects, Surveyors and Project Managers, and Design and Build Contractors. Our work base tends to extend across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, education and health.
