Sussex Heights Board

BLB were appointed as Project Manager, Building Surveyor, Principal Designer & Quantity Surveyor for the external façade refurbishment of this 334ft Brighton landmark. In turn, this has generated a requirement for Building Surveying services, undertaking internal condition surveys. 

The works include stabilisation & repair of existing façade, followed by over-coating with a breathable elastomeric compound. There has been proposed scope to include window repairs & replacements in line with the current works.
