HR & Operations Manager

History

Tara graduated from Sussex University in 2013 and began her career working in Compliance and Onboarding for a large recruitment company. Having developed a broad skillset through Personal Assistance, Payroll and HR roles, Tara completed her Level 5 CIPD qualification in 2021 and now oversees all aspects of staff management and support at BLB, alongside organisational accreditations and operational requirements.

Tara first joined BLB in 2006 and BLB was delighted to welcome her back in 2015 as HR & Operations Manager.
