BLB were appointed by Sussex University to oversee the implementation of a long-term maintenance plan in conjunction with a landmark Listed Building Heritage Partnership Agreement formed between Brighton & Hove City Council & Historic England, the second of its kind in the UK. 

BLB have provided a multitude of professional services to the campus for over a decade, maintaining focus on sympathetic restoration & preservation of Sir Basil Spence’s structures, including the Grade I Listed Building Falmer House, alongside several new-build residences & theatres.
