BLB were appointed to undertake the design and installation of a new underground gas supply, removal of the existing outdated boiler plant and installation of new, fully modulating condensing gas fired boilers on a frame alongside a new boiler control panel. 

The works were a challenge due to severely restricted access to the plant room, requiring careful planning and the use of a crane to extricate the redundant materials during school holidays and weekends, to avoid disruption to school occupants.
