BLB were appointed by Carrwood to undertake Cost Management, Principal Designer & Employer’s Agent duties for the demolition of a vacant derelict community centre in Mitcham, London. The works then involved the new-build construction of 9 four-bed, three storey residential units.

The houses were timber-framed units with structural elements manufactured offsite & delivered to site one house at a time.
